“ Halal Fusion Cuisine doesn’t look like much. It’s a food truck in a gas station lot off Highway 71, with a couple of beat-up benches and zero ambiance. But don’t let that fool you. The food is absolutely worth it. It's a hidden gem with generous portions, fair prices, and fast, friendly service... even if you roll up late on a Saturday night. ”
“ I’m glad we discovered this gem close to home! The service was speedy and the prices are great. I had the Gyro Wrap. The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The one disappointment was the baklava I had for dessert. It would have been amazing as it was flaky, sweet, and full of nuts, but unfortunately the nuts were spoiled. I could smell the rancid oil before I even took a bite. I did taste it to be sure though. It was too bad that I went for take out because I didn’t find out until I got home. I feel nearly certain that the baklava was not the norm, however, since the gyro wrap was so exceptional. I will definitely give them another try. ”

“ We tried this food truck for dinner tonight after reading their great reviews. I get it now. We really enjoyed it. I ordered the combination chicken & gyro over rice. It comes with a small fresh salad. I also got the mango lassi, which was creamy and delicious. My husband had the combination chicken & gyro wrap with a side of hummus and a side of vegetable samosas. He enjoyed everything, but really loved the samosas. They also give you a small container of mint sauce, a white sauce, and a fiery red chili hot sauce. We are thrilled to have them nearby and will definitely be back. ”
“ Visited Halal Fusion Cuisine, a cozy food truck located right next to the Chevron gas station in Spicewood, TX, and had a really nice experience. I went in the evening, and the view and overall vibe were great — it’s a cool little spot to grab good food and relax. I tried the Veg Chowmein, Lamb Over Rice, and Chicken Tikka Masala. The Chowmein was flavorful and well-cooked, and the Lamb Over Rice was tasty and satisfying. The Chicken Tikka Masala was decent, around 3.5/5, but overall everything was enjoyable and freshly prepared. The setting, food, and relaxed atmosphere make this a great casual spot if you’re around the area or just passing by. Definitely a nice local find! Must-try: Veg Chowmein & Lamb Over Rice ”
